I graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy and previously from I.T Sligo with a Bachelors of Science in Health Science and Physiology. I have furthered my education and knowledge base by taking numerous courses which include; functional dry needling (Kinetacore), Rost Therapy for the treatment of pregnancy related pelvic pain, Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Sports Traumatology to name a few. I endeavor to complete spinal and peripheral manipulation courses in the near future.
With an avid interest in soccer and surfing throughout high school and college I competed in and worked as a Physio treating many amateur teams and representing the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists at the European Surfing Championships.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, travelling and staying active at Crossfit or spin classes.
