I completed a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and prior to that, I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Psychology (with great distinction). In addition, I have recently started my post-graduate training with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopedic Division, completing my Level 1 credentials.
I joined the Leduc Physio team in December, 2017 and I am excited to help clients reach their rehabilitation goals. I treat all types of injuries and conditions, but I have a strong interest in treating sports injuries and focusing on injury prevention. My treatment style is rooted in manual therapy and exercise prescription with a strong emphasis on educating clients on their injury, what physiotherapy can offer, and how to manage at home. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and working together to get them back to doing what they love.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing tennis, soccer and hockey. I am also the team trainer for the University of Alberta Golden Bears and Pandas tennis teams.
