I completed a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and prior to that, I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Psychology (with great distinction). In addition, I have recently started my post-graduate training with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopedic Division.
I recently joined the Leduc Physio team and I am excited to help clients reach their rehabilitation goals. I treat all types of injuries and conditions, but I have a strong interest in treating sports injuries and focusing on injury prevention. My treatment style is rooted in manual therapy and exercise prescription with a strong emphasis on educating clients on their injury, what physiotherapy can offer, and how to manage at home. I truly enjoys getting to know my clients and working together to get them back to doing what they love.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing tennis, soccer and hockey, and am currently training for my first half marathon. I also like to satisfy my inner foodie by trying out local restaurants and coffee shops.
