I attended the University of Alberta Augustana and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Kinesiology. I am currently working towards receiving my CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer certificate and furthering my knowledge while working at Leduc Physio.
During my time in university, I coached junior high volleyball for three years, volunteered at the Primary Care Network to assist with a cardiac rehabilitation program, and worked at a physiotherapy clinic where I had the opportunity to help individuals rehabilitate through injuries.
I recently started working at Leduc Physio. I am passionate and driven to help others live a happy life in a strong and healthy body. I look forward to developing custom exercise programs for the people of Leduc, as well as provide the right tools to keep them moving their best.
I come from a family of five, born and raised in Millet, Alberta. In my spare time, I enjoy volleyball, hiking and CrossFit. I love to cook, I hope to travel more in the future and I enjoy all the moments spent with my friends and family.
