I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, I completed my PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Alberta.
I have taken several post-graduate courses, including New Trends in the Prevention of Running Injuries and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and have my dry needling certification with Kineticore.
I believe in an active, patient-centered approach to rehab, and enjoy treating a wide variety of conditions from sports related injuries to chronic low back pain. Outside of work, I enjoy training and competing in long distance endurance events and have completed several marathons and Ironman triathlons.
