Wear Something Fun!

Welcome to the easiest challenge ever; you don’t need any new equipment, just a desire to smile and be happier this week!

Leduc Physio recognizes that during our busy summer weeks, it is easy to lose sight of the small things which make us happy. Small signs of happiness and optimism can completely change the environment of a workplace and interactions between people.

This challenge was designed to encourage you to reflect on these small gestures, changes, and ideas that make people happiest.
All you have to do is wait for the daily challenge that appears on our social media feeds this week, and post a photo of you completing our challenge (with #leducphysio5daysofhappy) for ALL 5 DAYS! 

If you have completed all 5 days of the Happy Challenge, you will be entered in our draw to win free lunch from Press’d! Winner will be announced August 22, 2017.

Leduc Physio’s 5 Day Happy Challenge; Day 1: Wear Something Fun!

Clothes do more than just keep you warm and looking good.
They can drastically affect how we feel and think. It can change our moods, influence how others respond to us, and change what/how we think of ourselves.
Choosing a happy outfit, or something fun to wear, is one simple way to maintain a positive mindset. This can set you up to make better, healthier choices for the rest of your day.


CHALLENGE:

Choose something from your wardrobe that you haven’t worn in a while, but makes you smile when you put it on. Take a picture of the outfit you chose and post it to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter with #leducphysio5daysofhappy and @LeducPhysio to qualify for the prize at the end of the week!
